  Ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund minus applicable shipping fees.

  Our logistics partners will contact you to arrange a convenient time to pick up the items directly from your home.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the items are inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
